Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your 121 Further pieces. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. Swim bottoms and one-pieces are eligible for return only if the hygienic liner remains fully attached and intact. Items with the liner removed, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, scents, or other signs of wear.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items specifically marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items returned without their original tags or hygienic liner
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, damage, or scent

Promotional or discount-code purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange unless they are specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back promptly and within the return period.

Returns received outside of the return window may not be accepted.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered unless required by law.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order. 121 Further is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us.

I think this version is much clearer and more professional than the original, while still protecting you as a small brand. I’d also keep the product-page version much shorter, like:
